Barbara Barnes Appointments Limited is located in the pleasant and conveniently located market town of Aylesbury. We have modern first floor offices in Kingsbury, a delightful square with cafes and fountains just off the main market area. We use the latest equipment and data bases to ensure we can offer a very professional service to both our clients and applicants.

We are specialists in permanent & temporary office based appointments, having many years experience in the fields of administration, secretarial and customer service including field and in-house sales. We have recently expanded into more specialist recruitment areas of finance, engineering and Managerial positions and can offer services up to and including Board level.



We genuinely believe that we offer a different approach to recruitment. We are local, we listen to your requirements, not only in respect to the skills required but also to the personality of the company and the applicant to ensure we match the right job with the right individual. We do not swamp companies with tens of CVs, preferring to send three or four only. If we don't have a match we say so up front. Our job is to select for the client and to make sure our applicants stay with their new employer as the new job meets their aspirations and expectations.
